Windows Live Mail error 0x80041161 can be a puzzler if you don't know what to look for...

Don’t you just hate it when things are working perfectly well for months and then suddenly and inexplicably, they just quit working?  Well Windows Live Mail is no exception to this kind of behavior and in this case, the error you get when you try to launch Windows Live Mail says “Windows Live Mail could not be started, It may not be installed correctly.
